Manifestoooo :)

As a student i would say i am very hardworking. My downfall is that i can get distracted easily but, i am eager to try and learn new things. I'm my GCSE's i got 2 C's in English, 2 C's in business and a C in fine art. I was happy with getting two C's in English as i didn't think i was going to even get that this was also the case in business. I think i could of done a lot better in Art as it was my best subject. I am still happy with grades as i had enough GCSE's to get me into 6Th form. I did not do media studies in GCSE's and i regretted it as a lot of people said it was a great subject to do. I didn't it in year 12 and i loved it! i found the practical the easiest as i had a lot of ideas of what to do for the title sequence. At the end if year 12 i got an A in my portfolio but i got a U in the exam so i ended up with a D. I really struggled with the exam and was very disappointed when i got my AS results as i expected to at least get a C. So i have decided to retake it as an AS because i really enjoyed doing media studies and would really like to get a better grade in it. I am setting myself many tasks so i could get the best grades i cant get. I aim to attend every lesson, be punctual to lesson's and to give 110% in everything that i do this way i know i have tried my best and will not be thinking if only i did that. I am still indecisive on what i want as a career i change my mind all the time i wouldn't a career in the media or something to do with textiles as i really enjoy both of these subjects. If i get a good enough grade at AS to carry on at A2 and i then leave with an A level it will help me a lot as i would like to go to university and if i do pursue a career in media studies it will help me get a job in the media. In media my biggest obstacle is the exam as i didn't do as well as i intended to last year. Even though i revised and didn't do to bad with the practise exams in the lesson when it came down to the real exam i didn't do as well as expected. As i have already done this course before i will have many ideas to share with the class and last year i joined in with class discussions so i will be doing it this year as well. The media AS course is great i really enjoyed it last year especially the practical side of it !.
